Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Our Approach to Cancellations

At , cancelling a booking is simple and low-risk. Because we do not require any prepayment to reserve your transfer, cancelling in most cases means little more than letting us know — there is usually nothing to refund, since you have not yet paid us anything.

2. No Prepayment, Pay the Driver

Unless you choose to pay online in advance, you pay your driver directly, in cash or by credit card, at the end of your journey. Your booking is reserved on trust, without a deposit or advance charge. This means that if your plans change, you are not left waiting for a refund of money you already paid us.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel or change your booking at any time before your scheduled pickup by contacting us at info@airporttransferturkey.com or via WhatsApp at +902426061006. Please include your booking reference or the details you booked under (name, date, route) so we can find your reservation quickly.

4. When You Can Cancel Free of Charge

As a general principle, you can cancel free of charge before your scheduled pickup. We recommend cancelling or changing your booking as soon as you know your plans have changed, so we can release your driver and vehicle for other guests. The exact notice period we ask for is confirmed at the time of booking or in your booking confirmation.

5. Changes Instead of Cancellation

If your flight time, date or pickup details change, it is often simpler to update your existing booking rather than cancel and rebook. Contact us with your new details as early as possible and we will confirm whether we can accommodate the change.

6. No-Shows

If you do not appear at the agreed meeting point and we are unable to reach you within a reasonable waiting period, we may treat the booking as a no-show. Because no prepayment is taken, a no-show on an unpaid booking has no financial consequence for you; if you paid online in advance, please see Section 7 on refunds.

7. Refunds for Advance Online Payments

If you chose to pay online in advance and then cancel your transfer, we will refund the payment to your original payment method. Refunds are processed once your cancellation is confirmed. If you paid your driver directly (cash or card, on the day), there is no charge to refund.

8. Flight Cancellations and Major Delays

If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, contact us as soon as you know, using the details below. Since no prepayment is required, you are free to rebook your transfer for your new travel date at no extra risk.
