Türkler occupies a compact stretch of Alanya’s western coast, where large seaside resorts face a shoreline shaped by sandy coves, pebbly patches and the Fuğla headland. Large resort grounds dominate the seafront, while a small local centre sits directly behind the hotels and several well-known sights lie farther east and west along the Alanya coast.
Türkler on Alanya’s western coast
Türkler is a neighbourhood and resort area in the Alanya district of Antalya Province, not another name for Alanya centre. It lies between Konaklı to the east and Avsallar to the west. All three are separate destinations, although holiday listings sometimes group this part of the coast under the broader Alanya name. Türkler’s own centre is smaller than those of its two neighbours, and central Alanya lies farther east.
Beaches around Fuğla

The Fuğla side and headland belong to this section of the coast, and the Türkler–Payallar beach line begins around Fuğla Burnu. The shore is varied rather than one continuous sweep of fine sand. Some private resort sections have sandy areas, while other stretches include small pebbles, rocks or a mixture of surfaces.
Sea entry and depth also change from one section to another. Breakwaters and small coves shape parts of the waterfront, and waves or water clarity depend on daily conditions. Neighbouring beach sections along Türkler’s waterfront can differ noticeably in their shore surfaces, sea entries and day-to-day water conditions.
Large resorts and low-key evenings

Large all-inclusive properties are a major feature of Türkler, and many occupy spacious grounds beside their managed beach sections. Pools, gardens, restaurants and organised entertainment keep much of the day and evening activity within the resorts. Individual properties differ in scale and facilities, but Türkler’s holiday landscape remains firmly centred on the large coastal hotel complexes.
Beyond their gates, Türkler has local shops and everyday services rather than a busy urban centre. Evenings are generally quieter on the local streets than in larger nearby centres, yet the neighbourhood is neither empty nor isolated; it simply has a more resort-centred social scene.
Don’t miss Sealanya SeaPark
Sealanya SeaPark is Türkler’s main named attraction away from the beach. Its grounds contain salt-water pools, a tropical garden and a 300-metre fresh-water lazy river. The lazy river winds through the tropical garden, with the salt-water pools nearby.
Several other sights commonly associated with this coast are nearby but outside Türkler. Şarapsa Han stands on the Konaklı side, while İncekum’s sandy coast and nature park lie towards Avsallar. Farther east, central Alanya has the castle peninsula and Red Tower, with harbour views and historic buildings in place of Türkler’s resort shoreline.
Türkler through the seasons
High summer is the hottest and busiest period, when the large resorts and their beach sections are most active. Late spring and early autumn are usually milder, and the coast generally feels quieter away from the main summer period.
Antalya Airport transfers
The Antalya Airport to Türkler transfer connects the airport with the resort area. Current vehicle choices and reservation details for the journey are available on the linked route page. The airport-to-accommodation journey can therefore be organised in advance.
